A new free thing

Hey Reader,

I'm doing a bit of cyber spring cleaning, so to speak.

I'm paying an actual professional to redo my website (it's going to look soooo great, I can't wait!), and I'm switching to a new platform for my online courses. I even redid my email template to match my new website!

With all these other changes, I thought now would be a good time to come up with a New Free Thing for my online friends.

If you've been following me for 5 minutes, you probably realized that I get really excited about things like breathing and how that affects your rib position, and how all that ties into things like how you hang.

If you haven't been following me for that long, I get REALLY excited about these things. You've been warned.

So that's what this new free thing is about: how to use your breath to change your rib and shoulder position, and how that will help you find a stronger, more connected hanging position.

Because as aerialists and pole dancers, having a strong hanging position is absolutely VITAL!

I think it's a pretty great lesson, but before I send it out into the world, I'd love to have you give it a test drive.

Check out the lesson, take some before and after pictures, and let me know how it goes! I'd definitely love to get some photos to help me promote this, but even if you're not comfortable with that, I'd still love to see them.

You can sign up to get the lesson here.

Thanks in advance, I hope you enjoy it!

Love,

Lauren
