Breath, Core, and Pelvic Floor

Hey Reader,

So I was at this event last weekend, Trapeze over Colorado, and I taught a private lesson to someone who wanted to work on core activation and breath work.

At some point during the lesson she said "I really wish you had an online class on this stuff so I could just replay the recording over and over again!" and I said "huh, that's a really good idea."

So, Anna, this one's for you!

My next online class Breath, Core, and Pelvic Floor, I'll take you through the foundational exercises I use to help my students and clients build awareness and coordination between these systems, and we'll talk about how to relate this to your aerial practice.

You'll learn simple and effective ways to connect to and strengthen this system, and talk about how vital it is for stability and support, and how to apply it to your aerial practice.

If you've been looking for the missing piece, this just might be it!

Live on Zoom

Yes, you get the recording if you can't make it live. And I'll be making a 2nd video that's just me leading you through the exercises, so you have something easy to follow along with, without having to fast forward through the explanations!

Find the details and sign up here!

If you've got questions, let me know!

Love,

Lauren

PS: If you love this shit, like me, this is a topic we'll be going DEEP on at the ELEVATE Aerial Teacher Training! Don't miss the chance to work with both me and Emily Scherb IN PERSON! Check it out!
