Hey Reader, A few weeks ago, I was part of The Revival Aerial Training Summit. You might have noticed me talking about it, or seen some of my emails. In the summit, I shared a talk called The Shoulder Connection, where I talked about the little thing that I see missing in almost all my students and clients when it comes to shoulder engagement. And how making this connection is going to make everything, including your beats, spins, and handstands, better. And then, I had a video for people with a whole bunch of different exercises to strengthen and deepen the connection I talked about. Well, I think this talk was pretty great (if I do say so myself), and that this missing element is so important, and can be so helpful for so many people! I couldn't just let it fade into the ether! So, I'm going to share it with everybody! FOR FREE! You can sign up and get both the talk, and the follow up exercises. And you can watch them as many times as you like!
I hope you enjoy it! Love, Lauren |
