Same wrap. Three ways. One "oh, THAT'S why."

Hey Reader,

I've got a little something to share with you today.

A few months ago, I shared my first Sequence Breakdown. This was a video where I shared a sequence I'd developed, and walked you through the wrap theory and pathways I used in it.

I was planning on doing this on a monthly schedule, but then I ended up redoing my website and moving my all my online courses from Teachable to my website.

It's been A PROCESS.

But, it's finally (almost) done, and I thought this would be the perfect time to announce my 2nd Sequence Breakdown!

And this one I think is super fun, because it's exploring a concept that I love: you don't have to change the wraps to make something new, you can just change the pathway!

Same Wrap, Three Ways takes one short sequence, a leg wrap into the setup for crossback straddle on sling, and shows you three completely different ways to get there. Same starting point, same final position. But the journey you take to get there? Totally different each time.

I start with a simple, step by step version so you can really see how the wraps work and how you're moving through them. Then I add a flamenco version that starts to blend some of the transitions, and finish with an ambreaker variation that takes you through the whole sequence in one, seamless, motion.

I think it's pretty cool! But, then again, I'm a nerd who's super into this sort of thing 😅

If you are also a nerd who is interested in this sort of thing, you should check it out! And it's only $9.99, so you've got very little to lose.

Check it out!

If you've got any questions, let me know!

Love,

Lauren
