Hey Reader, You might have noticed me talking about the new masterclass I’m offering soon, Framework for Flight. It’s a class outlining movement analysis for aerial movement, and I’ll be sharing how I use it to help me organize information mentally, and to understand the movement I see or do, to be a more effective coach. I think it is truly one of the most powerful tools I have as a coach, and one of the most important skills you can develop if you want to be a great coach. But it's also just one piece of the bigger picture of my online offerings for the rest of 2025. This class is going to lead into the next cycle of Aerial for Nerds, which will kick off in late September/early October. This cycle will be a little different from how I’ve offered it previously. It will include the pre-recorded lessons, there are six. Each lesson digs into a specific pathway with a variety of exercises and drills, both grounded and aerial. Some of the lessons include additional PDFs as a resource. There will also be 1-on-1 coaching sessions with me, where we will work on the content of lessons and specifically relate them to your work, either as a student or as a coach. The big change this cycle is that I will also be offering three more masterclasses as part of the course. These masterclasses will be expanding on topics and theory that I introduce in Framework for Flight, and that integrates with the lessons in the course. These classes will be:
These classes will be included in Aerial for Nerds, but I will also be making them publicly available, so if you’re interested in them but not ready to sign up for the whole course, you’ll still have the opportunity to sign up for them individually or as a bundle! And Framework for Flight will also end up being part of Aerial for Nerds, but if you sign up now, you’ll get a coupon for it if you decide to enroll in AFN, so you don’t pay for it twice. There will also be some discounts and bonuses for people who sign up for Framework for Flight and go on to enroll in AFN. All of this work is based on my personal methodology, the Movement First Aerial Method, that I’ve developed over the last 15 years of coaching, and all of my additional movement education. I’m excited to have the chance to teach it in this new format, so I can share both the big picture of aerial movement with you, and still have the chance to dig deep into the nuance and details of how this works with each individual! If you’re curious about Framework for Flight, or any of the rest of it, I’d love to chat with you! Please reach out, you can respond to this email, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have. And if you’re ready to sign up for Framework for Flight, click here! Love, Lauren PS: Don't want to hear about this class anymore but still want to stay on my list? That's cool!
