Weird exercise, anyone?

Hey Reader,

Something that I love, and that I am (dare I say?) infamous for, is a weird exercise.

I've come up with a lot of them over the years, the weirder the better.

To be fair, they're not just weird for the sake of being weird, they're usually teaching a movement or concept that is tricky to convey. Sometimes, you just need something weird to make it click!

But that's all just a really long way of saying that I have a new, weird exercise to share!

This is my favorite way to teach vertical pulling, or a lat pulldown.
